A new luxury boutique hotel is set to open in central London – but not until 2020.
The new hotel will be located in the One Crown Place development in the City of London. The hotel will be set in a restored Georgian terrace, a building which dates back to the early 1800s.
The hotel will be one part of a mixed-use development. It will have 41 bedrooms, a 100-cover destination restaurant and bar alongside a private members’ club.
The One Crown Place hotel will span five floors across six Georgian townhouses.
Each of the six townhouses will feature ground floor communal areas interlinked by a series of rooms. They will include a deli, a social café, art gallery in the lobby with a reception parlour, a club lounge with a bar and an adjoining library room.
The name of the hotel will be unveiled later this year.
One Crown Place hotel is located in Sun Street, nestling between Old Street, Shoreditch and the City of London. It is a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street Station.
