Plans to build a new 11-storey hotel in Liverpool's commercial district look set to gain approval.
The new hotel would be sited behind the Three Graces (pictured) within Liverpool's World Heritage Site - next to HM Revenue & Customs' (HMRC's) proposed new home. The site is currently a car park.
The proposed building would consist of 14 aparthotel suites plus a 126-bedroom full service hotel – with commercial units at ground level.
The application is set to be considered by Liverpool City Council on 20 February.
