The building, in St Andrews Square, was the former global headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

A two-year-long renovation has transformed the building into 50 individually designed luxury apartments.

The apartments come in a range shapes and sizes and include a rooftop Penthouse with a 360° panorama of the city.

Authentic features of the building, including original dark wood panelling, fireplaces, brass door handles and decorative cornicing have all been retained and enhanced.

Each apartment is furnished with a Smart television, a Bose sound system and intelligent heating controls.

Each apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances.

The bathrooms are fitted with drench showers and Victorian roll-top baths.

The Edinburgh Grand will also be home to a 170-cover bar and restaurant located in the former banking hall.
