The new hotel will be ‘The Waring’. It will be located in the former War Memorial Building in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter.

The Waring will be a contemporary boutique hotel. It will include 63 bedrooms across four floors, together with a ground floor bar/restaurant and a rooftop bar.

Following the pattern set by Signature Living Hotel in Liverpool, The Waring will feature a range of themed rooms and group suites, accommodating from two up to 16 people –providing a new accommodation concept for groups in Belfast.

Signature Living Group is also planning development of the George Best Hotel in the former Scottish Mutual Building in Donegall Square South in Belfast city centre plus the Lanyon Hotel in the former Crumlin Road Courthouse in Belfast.
