Kensington Palace in London has just launched the Kensington Palace Pavilion.
Kensington Palace Pavilion is situated on the palace lawns overlooking the Sunken Garden.
It will be available to host a number of events for the next three years whilst The Orangery at Kensington Palace undergoes planned conservation work.
The new Kensington Palace Pavilionis purpose-built, with flexible space for a range of events. It features a terrace overlooking the gardens and the east façade of the historic Georgian royal home.
The Pavilion has two main event spaces with capacity for 800 guests for a standing reception or 300 guests for a seated dinner across both rooms, with the option of a separate drinks reception area.
The Pavilion also has a covered terrace area. The area around the Sunken Garden can also be used alongside the terrace for larger events.
Kensington Palace Pavilion is one of six venues run by the independent charity Historic Royal Palaces.
