The new £250million Heart of Telford Southwater Convention Quarter is set to officially launch on 18th October 2014. Telford, one of the most ambitious towns in the UK, is seeking to demonstrate that it is one of the country’s top event destinations.

The centre of Telford has become a pedestrianized area linking business, leisure, cultural and events facilities into one compact area with The International Centre Telford at its heart. Facilities now include:

The International Centre Telford: 15,000sq-mt of event space with 33 meeting and event rooms.
QE11 Arena:  outdoor arena for events and concerts for up to 6,000 people.
