The six-bedroom unit is designed to fit on a conventional-size lorry trailer for transportation to events where temporary accommodation is needed. As a result individual bedrooms measure just over 7.5 square metres. Each room has four bunk beds which can be converted to accommodate four singles, or a double and two singles or one king-size bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. The bathroom space has been designed as a wet room. During the day the Snoozebox hotel room convert to an air-conditioned living room with storage space, television and complimentary wi-fi.
Snoozebox was launched in 2011. Since then it has provided accommodation at major sporting events and festivals including Glastonbury, the British Grand Prix, the Edinburgh Festival and the Rugby World Cup.
