Plans have been published by Marlin Apartments for a new £28million 218-bedroom aparthotel, part of a mixed-use development in London’s Waterloo.
The development is centred on Costain’s 1950s former headquarters building in Westminster Bridge Road in Waterloo which will be demolished to make way for the 150,000 sq. ft. scheme.
Marlin Apartments currently have six sites across central London and the city: Empire Square near London Bridge, Queen Street near St. Paul’s, Aldgate, Limehouse, Canary Wharf and Stratford. The group’s apartments range from studio apartments to two bedroom penthouses and suites.
