Urban Villa Brentford, the first extended-stay hotel concept from Union Hanover Securities has just opened in west London. Urban Villa Brentford has 100 apartments designed in the style of a Manhattan loft property.

Urban Villa Brentford features a combined reception and lobby bar. The apartments are fully equipped and include a kitchen and living room with spa treatments also available in-room.

Urban Villa Brentford is located in a 25-storey block in the Great West Quarter (GWQ) scheme close to Chiswick High Street in Brentford. The scheme is a mixed-use development which also includes the new and recently opened Novotel London Brentford.

Urban Villa's parent company, Union Hanover, has also submitted plans for a new Urban Villa in Edinburgh. This will be a 180 apartment hotel overlooking the Union Canal Basin in Freer Street in Edinburgh. The group also has plans to open two more London properties in Eastgate and Stratford.
