Firmdale Hotels have launched One Denman Place, a block of serviced apartments, alongside the recently launched Ham Yard Hotel in London’s Soho.

One Denman Place comprises 24 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The apartments are available to let for periods of 90 days or more. They can be accessed via an exclusive entrance with a dedicated reception on Denman Place or via the hotel itself.

Each apartment has been designed by co-owner and designer Kit Kemp in a modern British style and equipped with bespoke furniture, Boffi kitchens, marble bathrooms and a fully integrated AV control system.

Residents have access to all the facilities at Ham Yard Hotel which include a bar, restaurant, spa, gym, theatre and a rooftop garden as well as private event rooms and a bowling alley. Residents also have access to 24 hour porterage, concierge and room service as well as on-site security.

One Denman Place is located in Soho in central London on the edge of Mayfair, a short walk from Oxford Street, Regent Street, Saville Row and Bond Street.
