Plans to convert Brierfield Mill in the East Lancashire town of Brierfield into a new hotel and conference facility look set to go ahead now funding has been approved by Lancashire Enterprise Partnership.
A £30 million scheme will see the conversion of the Grade-listed mill on a 380,000 sq-ft site into new business workspace, a leisure complex, a hotel and conference facility, a marina and 72 apartments.
Brierfield is a small town situated in the Borough of Pendle in Lancashire. It is just north east of Burnley and with good access to the M65 motorway.
