Hastings Hotels have bought Windsor House, a landmark building in the centre of Belfast with plans to convert the building into a hotel. Windsor House is reputedly 'Ireland's tallest commercial building ‘at 80metres high and with 22 storeys. Its previous tenants included the Parades Commission.

Currently the Hastings Collection comprises six hotels across the province, including the five-star Culloden Estate and Spa and the four-star Europa and Stormont hotels - all three located in Belfast. The Slieve Donard Resort and Spa is situated adjacent to the Royal County Down Golf Course. The Group also own the four star Everglades Hotel in Derry – Londonderry and Ballygally Castle Hotel on the Antrim coast close to the Giant’s Causeway.
