Another Place is a recently launched collection of small, boutique hotels. Another Place is the brainchild of the team at Watergate Bay Hotel in Cornwall but the new grouping will be independent. However Another Place will adopt the same approach to hospitality as the Watergate Bay Hotel.

The first hotel to join Another Place is the 19-bedroom Rampsbeck Hotel in the Lake District. Rampsbeck Hotel is a classic country house hotel set beside Ullswater in 18 acres of parkland. Another Place is planning to create a ski resort on the lake. A new 25-metre indoor pool, clubhouse and treatment rooms are planned new additions at Rampsbeck Hotel.

The next hotel to join the collection will be the new 60-bedroom hotel which will be opening in Plymouth’s Royal William Yard (pictured). The hotel will occupy the Grade 1-listed former naval victualing building. It is being developed in conjunction with Urban Splash and Plymouth City Council.
