Britannia Hotels acquire two further properties

Britannia Hotels group has acquired two additional properties: The Basingstoke Country Hotel and The Palace Hotel Buxton, bringing its total UK hotel portfolio up to 49.

The Basingstoke Country Hotel has 100 bedrooms with free wi-fi, three restaurants and bars plus Spindles Health Club and Spa. It is located a five minute drive from the M3 in Hampshire.

The Palace Hotel Buxton is a Grade II-listed Victorian hotel located in five acres of landscaped gardens in the spa town of Buxton, Derbyshire. The hotel has 122 bedrooms with free wi-fi, a restaurant and bar and a Spindles Health Club and Spa. It is adjacent to Buxton station.
