Britannia Hotels has just bought the 119-bedroom Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne taking the group’s portfolio to 51 hotels.
The Cavendish Hotel includes a restaurant and bar as well as extensive meeting and leisure facilities. It faces the coast on Eastbourne’s Grand Parade and is around a ten minute walk from Eastbourne station.
The Cavendish Hotel is the fourth hotel purchased by Britannia Hotels this year. It has already added the Trecarn hotel in Babbacombe, Devon with 134 bedrooms; the Palace Hotel Buxton with 122 bedrooms and Basingstoke Country Hotel with 100 bedrooms to its collection.
