Victoria Warehouse in Manchester has announced the opening of its Bays area. This is part of expansion project which will also see new basement events space plus an additional 400 bedrooms at its on-site hotel.
The Bays features two adjoining spaces. Bay 1 is a 200-capacity pre-function room with an open plan kitchen and a bar with access through double doors to Bay 2. Bay 2 will accommodate up to 200 guests for a dinner or 310 delegates for a theatre-style presentation. It is fully equipped with the latest AV equipment including screens, projectors and a PA system.
The next phase of the expansion will see the basement events space completed in late 2016 and the addition of 400 new bedrooms completed by 2017.
Victoria Warehouse is a warehouse built in the Victorian era alongside the Manchester Ship Canal. It has been converted in recent years into an events venue and hotel with 40 bedrooms - whilst still retaining the industrial features of the original warehouse.
Victoria Warehouse is a two minute walk from Salford Quays and Old Trafford and a short Metrolink journey into central Manchester.
