Construction set to resume on Hilton Leeds Arena Hotel

Construction work is set to restart on the new 206-bedroom, 14-storey Hilton Leeds Arena Hotel. Work stopped when the original contractors called in the receivers.

Along with 206 bedrooms and suites, the property will include a destination restaurant, a business centre, a gym and a rooftop bar.

The site of the new hotel is next to Leeds Metropolitan University's Rose Bowl conferencing facility and 300metres from the 13,500 capacity Leeds Arena. It is within walking distance of Leeds Central station.
