Plas Heli is the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Events Centre which opened summer 2015 in Pwllheli in North Wales.

Plas Heli is a new state-of-the-art sailing academy aiming to host the world’s most prestigious yachting events. In particular it offers sailing classes, associations and clubs a training venue with world-class sailing waters and on-shore facilities to match.

Plas Heli also has extensive meeting, conference and exhibition facilities available for corporate hire.

Facilities include a main 371 sq-mt ground floor events hall. The hall has a wide, high door to accommodate access for large items such as boats and cars. Three 50 sq-mt training rooms are alongside with access to the main hall. On the first floor is a restaurant, bar and cafe with a balcony offering panoramic views over the sea and the mountains of Snowdonia and mid-Wales. The restaurant is open to the general public.

A 194 sq-mt balcony on the second floor is accessed by lift or external stairs and is available for private functions and parties.

Plas Heli is located in Pwllheli on the Lleyn Peninsula between Criccieth and Abersoch.
