Belfast Harbour's 20-acre, £250million City Quays development plan includes a new 150 to 200 bedroom upscale hotel which could be open by 2017.The hotel would be developed and owned by Belfast Harbour.
If and when it opens it will join venues on site including Titanic Belfast plus Waterfront Hall which will be doubling the size of its conference centre in a project scheduled to complete by early 2016.

Etc.venues plan to open their next venue, their fourteenth in London, at Marble Arch in January 2015. Etc.venues Marble Arch will include 16000 sq-ft of space over two floors with the largest room accommodating 120 delegates theatre style with an additional 13 rooms of various sizes. All rooms will be air-conditioned with plenty of natural daylight and free wi-fi.
