Adagio, the aparthotels brand from Accor, is to open its second UK hotel in Edinburgh with 146 apartments. The four-storey hotel will open in Edinburgh's historic Old Town with a frontage onto both the Royal Mile and the Canongate. It is expected to be open by early 2017. Adagio Edinburgh will be one component of the overall £150million New Waverley development. Plans for the site include a mix of hotels, office, residential and retail space all centred around a £6.5 million civic square. Adagio Liverpool City Centre was the first Adagio to open in the UK. The 126-suite aparthotel opened last year and is located in the former Lewis's Building in central Liverpool.

The Higher Buck Inn in Waddington in Lancashire has just completed a £400,000 major renovation job which has included the creation of seven new luxury bedrooms. The Thwaites Brewery-owned pub also has a new kitchen and the ground floor interior has received a complete makeover. The Higher Buck Inn is located in the centre of Waddington, a picturesque village in the Ribble Valley just over a mile north of Clitheroe.

It opens in July 2014.  Dorsett Shepherds Bush is an 8-storey, modern, stylish hotel located in the former Pavilion cinema, a Grade II-listed building overlooking Shepherds Bush Green in West London. The building's historic facade has been retained.

Internally the bedrooms come in four categories from a standard Dorsett Room to a Suite.
