Built in 1717 as a gentleman’s townhouse, now nearly 300 years later it is the 26-bedroom Kings Head Hotel in Richmond, North Yorkshire. The Coaching Inn Group are the hotel’s new owners.

The group are planning a £1million investment at the Kings Head Hotel over the next 12 months across its accommodation and food and beverage offering.

Kings Head Hotel is located at the centre of the market town of Richmond.

Coaching Inn Group has ten hotels across Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire and Wales.

The new Barwell Stand at Franklin’s Gardens, home of Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club, opened last November. The stand, which increases the stadium's capacity by 2,000, is now fully finished.

The new Sturtridge Suite is available for events including dinner-dances, exhibitions, conferences and meetings with in-house catering and complimentary wi-fi. The first floor suite will accommodate up to 270 guests. In addition 21 hospitality boxes have now been replaced with 10 new boxes.

Franklin's Gardens is located on the outskirts of Northampton within an hour of major cities including London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge. The stadium has over 1000 free-of-charge parking spaces available for events.

The new four-star Hotel Pullman Liverpool has officially opened in Kings Dock on Liverpool's waterfront, alongside the new Exhibition Centre Liverpool which opened autumn 2015.

Hotel Pullman Liverpool has 216 bedrooms, some with river views, all with the latest in-room technology and free wi-fi.There is an all-day restaurant called Dukes and a bar and lounge with views over the River Mersey.

Three meeting rooms comprise 8,100 sq-mt of flexible, accessible event space. The largest room will accommodate up to 120 delegates.

Hotel Pullman Liverpool is the latest addition to the ACC Liverpool campus, which is also home to the BT Convention Centre, the Echo Arena as well as the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

Staycity have just opened their second aparthotel in Birmingham - Staycity Aparthotel Newhall Square - in the city's Jewellery Quarter.

All apartments are fully furnished with the latest entertainment technology. They feature a fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area.

There is a selection of studio apartments accommodating two guests; one-bedroom apartments accommodating up to four guests and two-bedroom apartments for up to six guests.

Apartments are available for a one night stay to a long-stay residence.

A new 136-bedroom Premier Inn is planned in Leeds. It will be a nine-storey hotel and will form part of the Whitehall Riverside scheme in the West End of Leeds.

The development site will also include office accommodation, restaurants, cafes and leisure space plus a multi-storey car park.

Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.
