The new fully refurbished Busby Hotel has just reopened in Glasgow with 29-bedrooms. This follows a major £2.5 million investment.
The bedrooms at The Busby include a mix of standard and executive rooms and two junior suites. Each room is furnished with a
kingsize bed, wardrobe with iron and ironing board, free wi-fi, dressing table with side chair, full height mirror, blackout curtains, LED television, walk in rain shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also has one disabled friendly room with a larger bathroom and wet room.
‘Carters’ is the new-look hotel restaurant and bar. The Busby also has two event spaces that will accommodate up to 200 delegates. The rooms have balconies which overlook the hotel gardens and the River Cart.
The Busby is located in Clarkston, south Glasgow just off the A727 Glasgow - East Kilbride Road.

Heartwood Conferencing is a new venue which has just opened in Coalville, Leicestershire. Located in a recently refurbished three-storey modern office building, Heartwood Conferencing offers a range of meeting space.
On the ground floor the main Oak Room will accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style, with two smaller breakout rooms or boardrooms. The Birch Room on the middle floor will accommodate up to 120 delegates theatre style. The Willow Suite on the top floor will accommodate up to 55 delegates theatre style with two small boardrooms each seating up to five people.
