Bryn Meadows Golf & Hotel Spa in South Wales has opened a new purpose-built conference and events facility - The Fairway Suite- overlooking the hotel’s 18-hole golf course.

The Fairway Suite is separate from the main resort building and includes its own entrance, reception area, bar, kitchen, washroom facilities as well as having its own sun terrace.

The Fairways Suite has two meeting and events rooms and will host up to 300 guests for a variety of events including private dinners and conferences.

Bryn Meadows Golf and Hotel Spa has 42 contemporary styled bedrooms most with balconies or patios overlooking the championship parkland golf course. Leisure facilities include Fusion Spa & Wellness at Bryn Meadows with a 30-station gymnasium and 18-metre indoor swimming pool as well as the spa facilities.

Bryn Meadows Golf and Hotel Spa is located in Caerphilly. It is ten minutes from the M4/J32 and 25 minutes from Cardiff.

Grace Hall has opened as events and meeting space in Leadenhall Street in the City of London.

Grace Hall was constructed in the neo-classical style in the 1920’s for Grace and Co, New York bankers.

Grace Hall has four rooms all of which are available for dinners, receptions, meetings, events and conferences.

The main Grace Hall is the centrepiece of the building and the main events space. It features marble interiors, high ceilings and classic columns. Grace Hall will seat up to 200 delegates for a theatre style meeting, 170 guests for a dinner or 350 for a standing reception.

The Archives is a room alongside which will seat up to 30 delegates theatre style or 10 for a boardroom meeting. It is equipped with a drop-down screen and projector.

The Directors' Observatory on the first floor overlooks both Grace Hall and Leadenhall Market and will seat up to 50 delegates theatre style.

The Grace Below is located in the basement and will seat up to 60 delegates theatre style. The Grace Below is also equipped with a basement bar for smaller private gatherings of up to 120 guests.

Grace Hall has an in-house catering team.

Grace Hall is a short walk from Liverpool Street mainline and tube station.

Southwater Event Group, operators of Telford International Centre, have started work on a new £4 million, ‘colour-changing’, multi-storey car park in the centre of Telford.

The car park will have six levels on three floors, with room for 300 vehicles. It is being built on land beside Telford Town Ice Rink.

It is expected to be completed early summer 2018, and will result in a total of 2,000 parking spaces available for visitors to Telford International Centre.

The car park has been designed with "smart glass" technology - a decorative touch. which will allow the outside of the building to change colour.

Planning permission has been secured to refurbish and extend the former 24-bedroom Headley Park Hotel in Bordon, Hampshire.

The main house, Headley Park, was built between 1884 and 1891 and was in family ownership until 1947 when it became a preparatory school. Latterly Headley Park has housed a country house club and social centre.

Headley Park Hotel has now been closed since 2015.

The new hotel will have 73 bedrooms including 14 lakeside lodges and a family cottage.

A new barn is planned in the hotel grounds which will house a spa, wellness centre and restaurant.

Headley Park is surrounded by woodland which is designated as a Site of Importance to Nature Conservation (SINC). It is located in Picketts Hill, East Hampshire.

Developers are expecting to gain final planning approval shortly to create a new 122-bedroom hotel in the Wolstenholme Square area of Liverpool city centre.

The new hotel would be housed in a five- to seven-storey building with a ground-floor reception, a restaurant/bar and a fifth-floor terrace.

The new hotel is one component in the Wolstenholme Square development. It lies in the Ropewalks district of central Liverpool, a short walk from the Albert Dock and Liverpool Lime Street station.

Plans will be considered by Liverpool City Council's planning committee on Tuesday 19 December 2017.
