THE PIG at Combe hotel is now set to open in July 2016. It will open in the Otter Valley, near Honiton in Devon with 27 bedrooms – 17 in the main house and ten in the stables yard. It was formerly Combe House Hotel.

The bedrooms in the main house will be spacious and equipped in ‘THE PIG’ style as featured in the other PIG Hotels. The ten stable rooms will retain many of the original stable features including their flooring and tiling.

The former entrance hall and the Great Hall itself will be converted into a bar. The restored kitchen garden will provide a plentiful supply of seasonal produce.

A garden folly on the estate is being restored in a ‘derelict chic’ style. This will become an indoor/outdoor bar and dining area with a wood-fired oven, tables and benches.

Two previous potting sheds are being transformed into treatment rooms for massages.

THE PIG at Combe is eight miles from the coast, 15 minutes from Exeter, an hour from Bristol and three hours from London.
