The Langham Hotel in London has just opened its new Regent Wing with over forty renovated guestrooms and suites. The Regent Wing marks the first phase of the renovations taking place at the hotel in this its 150th year. The launch of The Langham Club Lounge and The Sterling Suite will follow later this spring.
The Regent Wing overlooks Langham Place and has a private entrance at the top of Regent Street and direct access to the hotel's Chuan Spa. Averaging 31 square metres, the 43 Grand Executive rooms feature the latest technology plus a Nespresso coffee machine. The new Regent Suite occupies an entire floor and can be booked exclusively, with up to four bedrooms, a private sitting room and kitchen. Two Studio Suites and the Wedgwood Suite complete the package.

The Langham London opened as Europe's first 'Grand Hotel' in 1865. It is located in Portland Place, Regent Street. The closest tube station is Oxford Circus on the Central and Bakerloo lines.

Nadler Hotels are set to open their third London hotel later this year in Victoria. The 73-bedroom Nadler Victoria will be situated in Palace Place off Palace Street, overlooking Buckingham Palace Road and the Royal Mews. The hotel will occupy the rear wing of the building from the lower ground level to the fifth floor.
Nadler Hotels currently have two hotels in London - in Soho and Kensington - with a third in the centre of Liverpool.

Wasps Rugby Club has unveiled a series of planned upgrades to its Ricoh Arena in Coventry over the coming months. The existing on-site 121-bedroom Ricoh Arena Hotel is set to become a DoubleTree by Hilton. A major refurbishment programme will start in the second quarter of this year with the new hotel brand launching in early autumn 2015.
In June 2015 a new railway station opens on-site at the Ricoh Arena with direct links to Coventry and Nuneaton stations offering mainline connections to London, Birmingham and the north of England.
Further improvements at the stadium will include upgrades to existing bars and restaurants. When the work is finished, the Ricoh Arena will offer five bars and three restaurants on-site.
The Ricoh Arena is a 32,600-seater stadium for both rugby and football. As well as being home to Wasps, the Ricoh Arena also houses 20,000 sq-mt of flexible event space with 80 small meeting rooms plus the Jaguar Exhibition Hall accommodating up to 12,000 delegates for events.
The Ricoh Arena is located on the outskirts of Coventry with good access to the midlands motorway network. It has 2000 car parking spaces.

IHG Group is planning a 121-bedroom Hotel Indigo in Bath with an anticipated opening date towards the end of 2016.
Hotel Indigo Bath will be rebranded from two existing hotels and a restaurant, all located in a Grade 1-listed historic Georgian building on South Parade in Bath. Hotel Indigo Bath will feature a restaurant, bar and gym.
Each Hotel Indigo property is designed to reflect its local neighbourhood and Hotel Indigo Bath will be located right at the heart of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The hotel will be close to Bath Abbey and to the Thermae Bath Spa.
Hotel Indigo Bath will be operated by the Somerston Group which operates a range of Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express hotels throughout the UK. Hotel Indigo Bath will be their first Hotel Indigo property.

Village Urban Resort Glasgow opens July 2015 with 120 bedrooms at Pacific Quay, on the site of the former Glasgow Garden Festival. The hotel is on the south bank of the River Clyde overlooking the SECC and the BBC Scotland headquarters.
It will be the third Village Urban resort to open in Scotland following recent openings in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
Bedrooms are split into four categories: Urban Doubles, Urban Kings, Urban Double Doubles and Upper Deck Double. All are air-conditioned and furnished with the latest entertainment technology including free wi-fi access. The hotel includes Urban Resorts’ signature features with a state-of-the-art health and fitness club with a 25m swimming pool plus an Urban Grill and the Public House.
Dedicated meeting and conferencing facilities are located in the HUB and feature fully air-conditioned rooms equipped with plasma and projector screens, flip charts, stationery, free wi-fi, free gym access and free delegate parking. The Inspiration Suite is the main room seating up to 300 delegates for a theatre style meeting. The Inspiration Suite will divide into two sections seating 100 and 120 delegates theatre style in each. Two smaller rooms will each seat 14 delegates boardroom style.
Village Urban Resort Glasgow is located in Pacific Drive just off the A8 and the M8 motorway on the west side of Glasgow.
