A new, flexible conference suite is planned on the ground floor which will accommodate up to 150 delegates. The suite will subdivide into two independent rooms and will include a break-out room.
Two meeting rooms are also to be created on the reception floor plus a boardroom with an outside covered terrace area for up to 14 delegates.

The new developments are scheduled for completion by April 2016.

The Vicarage has undergone a comprehensive makeover. It now features a pub and large restaurant featuring locally sourced produce, a games room, a conservatory and a library as well as 20 deluxe bedrooms.
Future plans for the Vicarage include additional bedrooms, a spa and leisure club and more conference facilities.
Flat Cap Hotels is owned by two brothers, Dominic and Oliver Heywood. They are looking to acquire a further two hotels this year and have a strategy to operate five hotels under the Flat Cap Hotels brand by 2018.

Now called Trump Turnberry, following its acquisition by US tycoon Donald Trump last year, the historic 1906 hotel will undergo a complete renovation. The upgrade will include a complete revamp of all 157 bedrooms, the restaurants and the public areas.
Additions will include a new ballroom for up to 500 guests.
Externally the Ailsa championship golf course will be remodelled.
The golf club house has completed its renovation. It re-opened in June 2015 and this will remain open for business during the renovation work, along with the Trump Villas and the Spa at Turnberry.
Trump Turnberry is expected to re-open in June 2016.
