Ten Trinity Square in the City of London is currently being transformed into a luxury Four Seasons hotel and is due to open in 2016.

The Grade II-listed building is noted for its great tower and grand Portland stone rotunda as well as for hosting the inaugural meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1946.

Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons will include 100 bedrooms, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and a spa occupying from the lower ground to the third level. 41 private apartments will occupy floors three to seven. A Club is being created from the boardrooms and executive offices of the original building, retaining and restoring their finest features including the carved walnut panelling and high ceilings.

Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons will overlook the River Thames at Tower Hill and is scheduled to open in 2016.

Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons will be the third Four Seasons Hotel to open in London joining properties in Park Lane and Canary Wharf.

Q Hotels are reportedly set to invest £50 million across the group's 27 UK hotels over the next two years.

The investment will cover all aspects of the hotels including bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishings and air conditioning, with £1million alone earmarked to upgrade wi-fi.

Last year QHotels expanded its portfolio to 27 hotels with the addition of six former De Vere Hotels and De Vere Luxury Lodges.

The rooms are all on one floor with easy access to the onsite restaurant and luxurious lounge. There is super-fast free wi-fi throughout the venue. All rooms are fitted with high spec projectors and screens.

Tobacco Dock London has just opened new meeting and event space in their refitted nineteenth century warehouse in the East London Docklands.

Little Gallery is newly renovated space available for hire, either along with other spaces or on its own.  Little Gallery can accommodate a minimum of 200 to a maximum of 1000 people for an event, a banquet or a corporate conference. It will seat up to 700 delegates for a theatre style meeting.

Little Gallery has plenty of natural daylight and a 12ft ceiling height. It is equipped with a sound system and wi-fi.

Tobacco Dock is a Grade I-listed warehouse in Docklands. It was built in the 19th century as a warehouse for goods from the New World. It has recently been transformed into an events venue and was re-launched in 2012.

In total Tobacco Dock has 70 individual spaces, including basement vaults. They are available for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, awards dinners, product launches and parties. It is located in Wapping Lane, ten minutes from Tower Bridge, The City and Shoreditch.

Master sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisa is planning to open a Nobu Hotel in London's Shoreditch in 2016. It will be his first European hotel.

Nobu Hotel will open with 156 bedrooms at 10-50 Willow Street. Food and beverage menus will be developed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa specifically for the hotel. The hotel will also feature banqueting and
meeting rooms plus a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

As with all Nobu properties, the design will reflect both the city of origin, as well as Nobu Hospitality’s signature east-meets-west philosophy. The five-storey hotel will feature a landscaped garden, staggered with terraces.

Nobu Hotel London is scheduled to open second half of 2016.

It is a short walk to Old Street tube station. Liverpool Street station is an approximate ten minute walk away.
