‘Smiths’ is an all-day dining concept with two venues in central London: ‘Smiths’ of Smithfield located in Charterhouse Street and ‘Smiths’ of Spitalfields located in Commercial Street. Between them the ‘Smiths’ have rooms to accommodate from six up to 250 guests.
At both Smithfield and Spitalfields there is a selection of small private, versatile rooms suitable for business breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as plain meetings. Both venues also have larger main dining room available for private hire as well as a basement bar.
However the space which is probably the most attractive is the top floor restaurant and roof terrace at ‘Smiths’ of Smithfield. The room, with views across the City of London, will seat up to 80 guests or 240 guests for a standing reception. It can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events such as canapé parties.
‘Smiths’ also offer a masterclass for private hire and events including classes in butchery, cocktail making and fine wine tasting.

Pictured on the left are the images for this year's Serpentine Pavilion in London designed by Madrid-based architects – SelgasCano.
The Serpentine Pavilion will be constructed from ETFE, translucent fluorine-based plastic; the lightweight structure will be double-skinned, consisting of multi-coloured panels wrapped in webbing. Internally, the experience will be like passing under sheets of stained glass.
Corporate entertaining space at the Serpentine Gallery includes the main Serpentine Gallery as well as the Serpentine Pavilion which will sit on the lawn in front of the Gallery.
The Serpentine Pavilion is available during the summer months only – from June to mid-October – and can only be hired in conjunction with the Serpentine Gallery.
Other spaces at the Serpentine complex include the Serpentine Sackler Gallery together with its Magazine Restaurant.
The Serpentine Gallery is located in Kensington Gardens in west London. Lancaster Gate, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner are the nearest tube stations.
