Signature Living has just opened the doors  of Cardiff’s historic Coal Exchange for the public to view progress on the on-going £35million regeneration of this Grade II-listed building.

Building work started earlier this year to convert the building into The Exchange Hotel Cardiff – a hotel with 200 luxury bedrooms and a spa plus conference and events space.

The Coal Exchange in Cardiff was backdrop to the signing of the world’s first ever one million pound cheque and it also includes a First World War memorial. The building however was in a poor state of repair prior to its regeneration.

First phase of the Exchange Hotel Cardiff is expected to open spring 2017.
