Dunchurch Park Hotel and Conference Centre is currently refurbishing Rochford Court. So far 15 bedrooms have been completed together with the corridors, entrance and foyer. A further 15 new-look bedrooms are scheduled for the end of February 2015.

Dunchurch Park Hotel and Conference Centre is a Grade II-listed Manor House with 89 bedrooms. It is set in 72 acres of gardens and grounds. Twickenham Experience has announced the re-opening of Twickenham Cellar and launched new VIP banqueting packages for events. Twickenham Cellar is located in Twickenham’s West Stand which has recently been upgraded as part of the Rugby Football Union’s investment to deliver a state-of-the-art stadium ahead of the World Cup tournament in 2015.

The Twickenham Cellar is available for exclusive events for up to 14 delegates. The same fine-dining experience is also available for larger parties of up to 40 guests in the Presidents Suite.

The Twickenham Experience has 25 dedicated conference and event spaces plus 150 corporate hospitality boxes. The main auditorium will accommodate up to 400 delegates on tiered seating. Maximum number for a banquet is 800 guests.  Marriott Hotel and a Virgin Active Classic Health Club are both on site. There is free parking for more than 2,000 cars.

Swinton Park, the luxury 31-bedroom castle hotel and cookery school in the Yorkshire Dales has been granted planning permission to introduce spa facilities and enhance the dining options at the Grade II-listed venue.
The new spa will include a swimming pool, gym and studio space, treatment rooms and a beauty salon. A new restaurant with a bar is part of the £5.5million project. Private dining facilities and an outside terrace will complement ‘Samuels’, Swinton Park’s  three AA rosette restaurant where menus are inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in what is the largest hotel kitchen garden in the UK.

After a year of expansion and change, DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes has opened an additional 54 bedrooms bringing the total to 230 bedrooms. Included in the mix are two apartment suites with a separate living area, kitchenette and king-sized beds. Guests in the apartments also have access to the Executive Lounge. In addition there is a new Terrace Bar and the pitch-side restaurant has been extended.

DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes is built into the StadiumMK and this has seen the largest development over the last twelve months. StadiumMK  is home to MK Dons League One Football Club. It now offers an additional 3420 sq-mt of event space. ArenaMK within the stadium is spread over three floors and includes two balcony areas, green rooms, production offices and smaller breakout rooms. It will accommodate up to 3500 delegates for a conference or 4606 with arena style seating.

Future plans for DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes include a 360 degree wrap of hotel bedrooms around all four stands at StadiumMK and this will increase the number of hotel bedrooms to 302.

The Springfield Suite at the DW Stadium in Wigan has just undergone a soft refurbishment with a new contemporary decor. Located on level two in the West Stand, the Springfield Lounge accommodates up to 280 delegates and will subdivide into three separate areas.

The DW Stadium is home to Wigan Athletic Football Club and Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club. In total the stadium has twelve flexible meeting and event rooms accommodating from five to 500 guests for conferences, meetings, training days, seminars, product launches and exhibitions - all equipped with the latest meeting technology and free wi-fi throughout.

The DW Stadium is relatively new in terms of UK football grounds in general. Built on the outskirts of Wigan, it benefits from extensive outdoor space which can be used for team building, vehicle launches, car shows and exhibitions.

The DW Stadium is located close to the M6, M58, M61 and M62 motorways and has 2300 parking spaces. Wigan is also well served by rail at just over two hours from London on the West Coast line.
