Signature Living, Liverpool-based apartment and hotel operators, are planning to develop a new site. The group has acquired One Arthouse Square in Liverpool’s Ropewalks area.

The building was the home of NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group. Signature Living is planning a redevelopment of the multi-storey building into an aparthotel.

The proposed development could feature an art and film theme as the building is close to FACT a new media arts centre also based in Liverpool's Ropewalks.

Signature Living  are currently working on a number of schemes including the redevelopment of 60 Old Hall Street in the centre of Liverpool, as well as the construction of a roof bar and terrace at the recently opened Shankly Hotel in the city.
