Enchanted Viilage at Alton Towers Resort is now available for corporate hire. Enchanted Village is a luxury tree house development tucked away in a far corner of the Alton Towers Resort in Staffordshire.

Enchanted Village includes 120 woodland lodges and five luxury treehouses. The entire village can accommodate up to 520 delegates.

The woodland lodges sleep up to four people and include an outdoor decking area as well as offering easy access to Alton Towers Theme Park and Conference Centre.

The treehouses sleep up to eight people and include self-catering facilities, a lounge plus an outdoor decking area with a private hot tub.

Enchanted Village can be hired exclusively when booking more than 100 single occupancy woodland lodges.

Enchanted Village accommodation can be used in conjunction with the various team-building activities available at Alton towers.

Carmody Groarke, the London-based firm of architects, has won an RIBA competition to build a new luxury hotel suite at Burgh Island Hotel on Burgh Island in South Devon.

Burgh Island Hotel is a small, privately owned hotel located on a 26-acre tidal island off the coast of South Devon and separated by the sea from the mainland twice a day at high tide. The hotel was built in 1929, extended in 1932 and now restored to its 1930s glamour.

Burgh Island Hotel is a Grade II-listed art-deco building and is a ‘retreat out of time like none other’.

The new hotel suite will offer guests an exclusive retreat set within the dramatic landscape of the existing hotel. Carmody Groarke’s vision is for a curving, sculptural grass-roofed suite extending from the cliffs and connecting two rocky outcrops whilst suspended over the sea like an inhabited bridge.

The new suite is designed as an ’unforgettable and luxurious experience for guests’.

Burgh Island Hotel has 25 bedrooms. Facilities include a lift, a sun lounge, Palm Court bar, a dining room, a ballroom, a billiard room, a spa, free wi-fi, 17-acre grounds, a 30-metre natural sea swimming pool and tennis courts.

A new Ibis Styles hotel has just opened in Oxford Road, Reading with 97 bedrooms.

Ibis Styles Reading Oxford Road includes a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a bar. Bedrooms are modern and include standard double and twin-bedded rooms plus suites to sleep up to four guests.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat screen television, a traditional hospitality tray and complimentary wi-fi.

Ibis Styles Reading Oxford Road is the conversion of a former Travelodge. It is located a mile and a half from the centre of Reading and Reading station - with close proximity to the M4 motorway.

The former Macdonald Townhouse Hotel in Portland Street, Manchester is now simply the Townhouse Hotel Manchester.

New owners have rebranded the former cotton mill which had been converted into to a luxury hotel.

Townhouse Hotel Manchester has 85 boutique-style hotel rooms; a mix of classic doubles, executive rooms, feature rooms and suites.

Each bedroom is equipped with the latest technology for comfort and relaxation as well as offering complimentary wi-fi. The hotel features 101 Bar and the 101 Brasserie restaurant.

Townhouse Hotel Manchester has eight meeting rooms accommodating between 12 and 36 delegates.

A new 228-bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel is planned in Edinburgh’s Fountainbridge area with a scheduled opening summer 2017.

The site forms part of the Springside mixed development which also includes residential units. It is close to Edinburgh’s central business district and the EICC - Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Hampton by Hilton currently has 16 hotels operating in the UK.
