Daniel Thwaites Brewery has announced that it has secured a site to house its new brewery, head office and visitor centre. The new site, currently a farm, is located at Sykes Holt in Mellor Brook, a small village on the edge of the Ribble Valley.  The brewery is looking to secure planning consent over the coming six months with a plan to start building early in 2015.
The Thwaites’ new brewery will be located on the A59 with good access to Preston, Blackburn and the M6 motorway.

As of the 27th June 2014 the De Vere Group will no longer be managing The Belfry. The hotel will continue to trade independently under its Belfry name, managed through the team at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. The Belfry, four-time host of the Ryder Cup, has just emerged from a £26million total refurbishment of its bedrooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars and spa.

The Belfry, located in 500 acres of Warwickshire countryside, is 20 minutes from Birmingham city centre and New Street Station and 10 minutes from Birmingham International Airport.

Z Shoreditch will be the next new opening from Z Hotels Group - its fourth in London. It will open in 2015. Z Shoreditch will be a designer conversion of a former office building with 107 bedrooms arranged over lower ground, ground and three upper floors. Bedrooms will include doubles and Queen-bedded rooms as well as accessible bedrooms. Some bedrooms will have windows and some will be internal rooms. Every bedroom will include an en-suite wet room, a 40” television with a full selection of Sky channels and complimentary wi-fi - plus a competitive pricing policy.

Z Shoreditch is located in City Road within The Bower, a new landmark quarter for Old Street comprising modern offices, restaurants and retail units. It is a stone's throw from Old Street roundabout - London's 'Silicon Roundabout'.

The Borough, a gastro pub located in the centre of Lancaster, has opened nine contemporary bedrooms spread over two floors of a Grade II-listed Georgian town house. Each room features an en-suite Italian marble wet-room and a flat-screen smart TV. The rooms also include a hairdryer, a bathrobe and complimentary toiletries.
The Borough serves food all day and every day in the dining room, the pub and the courtyard garden. There is also a microbrewery on site.
The Borough is a ten minute walk from Lancaster station and is less than three miles from the main campus of Lancaster University.

Palmers Brewery is a traditional brewery located in the centre of Bridport in Dorset. The brewery is about to submit planning application for a £5million redevelopment of its Georgian-built Three Cups building. The redevelopment will incorporate a complete renovation of the brewery building, a new ground floor shop, a new restaurant and twelve new letting bedrooms in the old car park. The development will also include nine residential units at the rear of the brewery.

Palmers Brewery intends to submit the full planning application by 1 August. If permission is granted work could start on site by autumn 2015 with a scheduled opening for spring 2017.
