Z Piccadilly has just opened with 112 bedrooms in central London. Z Piccadilly, like all hotels in the Z Hotels group, has a central location and features an ultra-modern design with budget prices – rooms below one hundred pounds a night in London.  
Z Piccadilly is the conversion of a former office building with bedrooms arranged over lower ground, ground and five upper floors. Some rooms are internal without windows and all are equipped with an en suite wetroom, a 48” Smart television with a selection of channels, individual digital temperature controls and free wi-fi.
There is no restaurant but ZCafe is available for snacks and refreshments.
Z Piccadilly is located in Orange Street, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. It joins three other hotels in the group:  Z Soho and Z Victoria also in central London as well as Z Liverpool.

Pill Box is a new development from Workspace, providers of flexible office and working space. Pill Box is the former Allen and Hanburys factory in Bethnal Green, London. As well as office and studio space, Pill Box has two meeting rooms each seating up to ten delegates and available for hire by the hour.
Pill Box is located in Coventry Road and is surrounded by  authentic railway arches and trendy East End bars and pubs. The building's historical points of interest including the lab tile floors, blue engineering brick columns and the water tower still feature.
There is now a reception level cafe and restaurant and a communal roof terrace.
Pill Box is 250 metres from Bethnal Green tube station.

Aparthotel operators, Signature Living, has secured planning approval to convert Millennium House in the centre of Liverpool into a Bill Shankly-themed hotel.  Millennium House, at one time the offices of the Liverpool Echo, were converted into council offices in the 1990s.

The Bill Shankly-themed hotel will feature 61 bedrooms, a restaurant, 22 serviced apartments as well as office space. The existing gym and leisure facility will be retained and moved to the ground and first floor.

Turnberry golf resort in South Ayrshire in Scotland is to be renamed Trump Turnberry following its purchase in April by Donald Trump. Mr Trump has announced that he intends to invest up to £100million at Turnberry with full plans due to be published in July 2014.
Turnberry, a Luxury Collection Resort, currently has 192 guest rooms in seven categories, eight meeting rooms, six restaurants and bars, a Spa as well as the championship golf course.

Two new hotels in London are expected to add around 800 extra hotel bedrooms in the Capital when they open.
PPHE Hotel Group, better known by its brands Park Plaza and Art'otel, has obtained planning permission to redevelop Hercules House (pictured left) at Waterloo into a 438-bedroom hotel which could increase to 490 bedrooms. Meanwhile the Edwardian Group London is developing a  360-bedroom “luxury lifestyle” hotel on the south west corner of Leicester Square on the site of the Radisson Blu Edwardian Leicester Square hotel and Odeon cinema.

‘Waterloo’ is expected to be complete by September 2016 whilst ‘Leicester Square’ is scheduled to open in 2017. Both hotels will include a swimming pool, spa, restaurants and bars. The Edwardian in Leicester Square will also feature two cinemas.  
Yabu Pushelberg, the international design firm has just been appointed by Edwardian hotels to mastermind its development. Meanwhile construction has already begun on the PPHE site at Waterloo.
