Fifty Six Brook Street is a new meeting and events venue which has just opened in London’s Mayfair. 

Fifty Six Brook Street is based in the former headquarters of the Vidal Sassoon hair academy.

It is opposite Claridge’s Hotel and a two-minute walk from Bond Street tube station.

Fifty Six Brook Street features seven rooms split across four floors.

It is flexible space with pristine white walls and a modernist edge designed for product launches, drinks receptions, press days, retail activations, conferences, pop-ups and experiential events.

Fifty Six Brook Street is air-conditioned throughout and equipped with 100mbs fibre broadband with wi-fi as well as a kitchen prep area. It also has a private entrance in addition to its main entry on Brook Street.

Fifty Six Brook Street will accommodate up to 200 guests standing or 50 delegates for a theatre style presentation. It is available seven days a week on either a half day or full day hire basis.

Hotel Indigo Durham is a new a new boutique hotel opening in Durham City spring 2018. The hotel is taking bookings from 30thMarch 2018. 

Hotel Indigo Durham will be occupying the former Durham University ‘Old Shire Hall’.

Built in 1896, Old Shire Hall is regarded as a fine example of late Victorian architecture.

Period features in the building such as tiled marble staircases, wood panelling and stained glass windows have all been retained.

Many of the 83 contemporary boutique bedrooms at Hotel Indigo Durham will overlook the city’s castle and cathedral.

Hotel Indigo Durham will include a cocktail bar and a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.

The Council Room will be the sole meeting and events space and will accommodate up to 80 delegates theatre style. 

The Council Room has plenty of natural daylight and is equipped with the latest a-v facilities including free high-speed internet access.

Guests at Hotel Indigo Durham will also have access to the hotel fitness suite with cardio and weight lifting equipment.

Hotel Indigo Durham is located in Old Elvet on the edge of the city centre and around a ten-minute walk from Durham station.

Extensive renovations at The Fleece Hotel are virtually complete.  

Mid-April 2018 will see the conversion of The Fleece Hotel in the centre of Richmond, North Yorkshire, into a ten-bedroom boutique hotel.

The Fleece Hotel is a Grade II-listed building dating from 1897.

The building started life as a 22-bedroom hotel. More recently the hotel had been converted into a nightclub before finally falling into dereliction.

Now newly renovated, The Fleece Hotel will share its site with six new apartments all overlooking Friary Gardens and with views towards Richmond Castle.

The Fleece Hotel includes a forty-cover restaurant plus a café and lounge bar. The hotel also has its own allotment to provide a regular source of local ingredients for the kitchen.

The Fleece Hotel in Richmond is on target for a mid-April 2018 opening.

Lost Rivers Leake Street is a new events venue set to open in central London in September 2018 

Lost Rivers Leake Street is a joint venture between the creative agency Shout About London and the Lost Rivers Brewing Company.

Lost Rivers Leake Street will be a 1,200 capacity venue, set within three arched cellars underneath Waterloo station in London.

It will be a multi-purpose venueincorporating a destination bar, a cafe, an open kitchen and two blank canvas live events spaces.

As an added attraction it will also featurea fully working brewery on-site with the actual brewing process viewable from behind a clear glass wall. 

Lost Rivers Brewing Company are planning guided tours and tastings which can be incorporated into an event.

Shout About London is offering the venue, currently a ‘blank canvas’ space, for exclusive hire during the current phase of redevelopment.

The Torridon hotel in the Scottish Highlands has just been awarded five-star accreditation by the AA. 

The Torridon is set on the edge of a sea loch overlooked by the Torridon mountains.

The Torridon has 18 luxurious, individually-designed bedrooms combining Victorian character and contemporary design with bold colours.

The hotel’s gourmet ‘1887 Restaurant’ offers dishes using locally-sourced produce.

Torridon Outdoors offers groups tailor-made activities from walking in the hills to Munro-bagging, and mountain biking to sea kayaking.

Whisky Tasting is available from The Torridon’s range of 365 whiskies - one for each day of the year.
