Muckrach Country House Hotel is a luxurious 11 bedroom Victorian shooting lodge located in the Cairngorm National Park. It has recently opened its doors to the public following a fourteen month restoration.

The bedrooms at Muckrach Country House Hotel are individually designed with luxurious furnishings and contemporary bathrooms. The hotel includes a restaurant, bar and coffee-shop, a library, a private dining room as well as a meeting room.

Shooting estates, fishing the Spey, ski resorts and a whole host of country pursuits are on the doorstep of the Muckrach Country House Hotel.

Muckrach Country House Hotel sits just outside Dulnain Bridge, opposite the River Dulnain, with views of the Cairngorm Mountains and the Spey Valley. It is five miles from the town of Grantown on Spey, 13 miles from Aviemore and 34 miles from Inverness airport.

Steigenberger Hotel Group has been appointed to operate the new Great Scotland Yard hotel currently under construction in central London

The 92,000 sq-ft former police headquarters together with an adjoining Grade II-listed Victorian townhouse are both undergoing a £50million conversion to create the new seven-storey, luxury five-star Great Scotland Yard hotel scheduled to open in early 2017.

Between 1829 and 1890 Great Scotland Yard was the headquarters of the newly founded Metropolitan Police force. It was here, in a building made famous by novelists including Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, that the Jack the Ripper crime was investigated.

Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts operate a range of hotels throughout Europe and Asia. The Great Scotland Yard Hotel marks their entry into the London hotel market.

Wirral Council have approved the selection of Nicklaus Joint Venture Group as its preferred development partner for the proposed Hoylake Golf Resort.

The development would see the creation of a world class golf resort on England’s so called ‘Golf Coast’ – a stretch of coastline which also includes Royal Liverpool, Royal Birkdale and Royal Lytham courses.

The resort would feature a new Nicklaus signature golf course, a new hotel and a links course academy at Hoylake Golf Course.

The next stage in the scheme will be an ‘informal consultation’ followed by a proper planning procedure.

Worton Hall in Oxfordshire is a new venue to the corporate meetings and events market. Originally a barn on a working farm, Worton Hall has been rebuilt in contemporary Cotswold stone with arrow slit windows and wooden chandeliers and was fully refurbished in 2014. In the past it has been primarily a wedding venue.

Worton Hall is equipped with the latest AV technology including customisable sound, lighting and connectivity. The main hall will accommodate up to 600 guests for a standing reception, 250 seated for a reception or 290 delegates for a theatre style meeting.

The Gallery meeting room will accommodate up to 120 delegates theatre style.

Equipment available on-site includes an overhead projector, whiteboard and pens and flipcharts. There are full kitchen facilities for refreshments and catered events. Fibre optic wireless broadband is available for delegates. Worton Hall has full disabled access with a lift and plenty of parking in the grounds. In addition there is an outdoor swimming pool with a cafe as well as a tennis court available for delegate use.

Worton Hall is located in Cassington between Oxford and Woodstock and close to the M40 motorway.

It was formerly the Swallow Hotel Glasgow but in June 2015 the hotel became the GoGlasgow Urban Hotel. The first phase of the new hotel includes 117 new-look bedrooms, an 80 seater eatery “GoGrill” with a menu built around an open theatre kitchen with Josper charcoal grill plus a bar with inside and outside space as well as meeting facilities.

Phase 2 of the development, commencing spring 2016, will see additional meeting space introduced as well as a spa and treatment rooms.

Bedrooms in GoGlasgow Urban Hotel are a mix of singles, double and twin-bedded rooms with stylish soft furnishings, a wall-mounted flat screen television with Freeview and free wi-fi access throughout.

Event space at GoGlasgow Urban Hotel comprises two rooms to accommodate up to 200 guests: the Burrell and the Maxwell. Both rooms have natural daylight with a large bar, cloakroom and amenities plus direct ground floor access via a private entrance making them ideal for large corporate events, conferences and training that require registration and breakout space.

GoGlasgow Urban Hotel is located in Paisley Road West, just off the M8 motorway and close to the Ibrox Stadium, home of Glasgow Rangers FC. It is ten minutes by car into central Glasgow and fifteen minutes to Glasgow Airport.
