The new Novotel London Wembley has just opened with 235 bedrooms and suites on Olympic Way a short walk from Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Elements is the hotel restaurant and bar - open from 6.00am to 11.00pm. Leisure facilities include a fitness centre. The Wembley Suite is the main meeting room which will accommodate up to 140 delegates theatre style and which divides into two equal–sized, independent rooms. Novotel London Wembley has free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

Novotel London Wembley is located next to Wembley Park tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) and is twenty minutes from central London. Heathrow Airport is 12.5miles from the hotel.

Construction work has started on a new 70-bedroom Travelodge and gym facility in the centre of Harrogate. The hotel will be located in Tower Street on the site of a former bowling alley. Pure Gym will operate the ground floor and basement gym.

The construction programme is expected to last twelve months.

A £90 million scheme to redevelop Torquay’s Palace Hotel has been given the go-ahead by Torbay Council. Hotel owners intend to extend the hotel to 160 bedrooms as well as introducing a new spa and swimming pool plus additional restaurants.

The owners also intend to construct 137 private apartments with private spa and leisure facilities on land adjacent to the hotel. Construction work could begin on site in summer 2014.

The Palace Hotel currently sits in 25 acres of gardens and grounds stretching down to the coast with 141 bedrooms and an extensive range of conference and leisure facilities.

The Forum, Banqueting and Conference Centre is a new purpose-built facility opening in the centre of Stevenage late April 2014. The Forum will accommodate up to 625 people.

It is fully air-conditioned and sound proofed with a modern, stylish décor, LED lighting and the latest events technology.  It is designed for corporate events, exhibitions as well as weddings and dinner dances.  The Forum has a fully equipped kitchen and is available for self-catered events.

The Botany Bay Hotel has just opened in Broadstairs with 30 bedrooms following a £1.4 million refurbishment. The building, formerly the Fayreness Hotel, is located on the cliff top at Kingsgate overlooking the Kent resort. Bedrooms are mix of doubles, twins and singles. The superior and feature rooms all have sea views. All rooms are decorated and furnished to reflect the hotel’s coastal setting and include the latest flat-screen televisions plus free wi-fi.
Botany Bay Hotel, part of Shepherd Neame Brewery, has an a la carte restaurant and also serves traditional pub meals in the bar. The main Kingsgate Suite with a sea view will accommodate up to 100 delegates for a meeting with the Club Room accommodating up to 25 people.
