The Langley is scheduled to open in Buckinghamshire in October 2018

The Langley is the former country estate of the third Duke of Marlborough. It sits in a former royal hunting ground with landscaping originally designed by ‘Capability’ Brown.

The Langley will be a luxury hotel; the latest addition to Marriott’s Luxury Collection. It will be a sister hotel to The Wellesley in Knightsbridge.

The Langley will have 41 individually designed boutique bedrooms and suites.

The rooms will be divided across the main house and The Brew House, a Grade II-listed 18^thcentury outbuilding.

The Langley will include a signature restaurant plus a bar specialising in the finest cognac and cigars.

The Langley Spa will be a world-class wellness centre and will feature indoor and outdoor pools, thermal areas and five expansive treatment rooms.

The Winter Gardens will be the main events suite supported by a range of smaller meeting rooms and private dining rooms.

The Langley is close to Windsor with good access to the M4 and M25 motorways and is around 40 minutes from central London.

Principal Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow has just reopened its VIP Penthouse suite.

The refurbished two-bedroom luxury suite is part of an overallmulti-million-pound refurbishment that will refresh all of the existing guest rooms and suites, add 12 new bedrooms and upgrade the Spa reception area and lounge.

The launch of a brand new restaurant and bar will complete the plans.

The VIP Penthouse Suite features two bedrooms including a master bedroom with its own wet room, a master bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, media lounge, a ten-seat dining room and a kitchen plus a private roof garden with views over Glasgow.

Principal Blythswood Square Hotel overlooks a private garden square. The hotel's Georgian townhouses were originally home to wealthy merchants and were later turned into the club headquarters for The Royal Scottish Automobile Club.

Principal Blythswood Square Hotel is located in the centre of Glasgow a short walk from both Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street stations.

A new waterside hotel is planned at Edinburgh Marina Holdings.

The new hotel will have 187 bedrooms, a 20,000 sq-ft spa, a conference centre plus restaurants and bars.

The new hotel will overlook the 340-berth Edinburgh Marina.

The project developers plan to confirm the hotel’s operator in the near future, following a high volume of interest from leading international hotel groups.

Dover Travelodge is a newly opened, purpose built, 108-room hotel with a Bar Café and on-site car-parking.

Dover Travelodge overlooks Dover Castle and is one of the first businesses to open at the new St James retail & leisure development in the town.

Travelodge is planning to almost double its portfolio in Kent and is seeking a further 12 hotel sites. This expansion represents an investment of £60million and will boost Travelodge’s portfolio in Kent to 25 hotels.

New meeting space has just opened at the K2 building, a multi-functional workspace complex in Hull city centre.

The new K2 Training Centre is located on the first floor of the K2.

It will seat up to 40 delegates and is equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology and screens.

The facility is designed to provide a corporate space for companies to host staff or client training sessions away from their offices.

The K2 building also features a gym, sky garden rooftop space and a Yoga studio.

From the end of June 2018 abseiling will be available from the roof of the K2 building every weekend.

The new event will be held every Saturday and Sunday and is being organised by a York-based firm Lost Earth Adventures.

Starting from the 13th floor and heading downwards, the K2 is said to provide the ideal venue for abseiling. Delegates are promised a great and perhaps hair-raising view of the city and beyond.
