EEF Venue Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa has just launched the Executive Suite.

The Executive Suite is a new conference and meeting facilities.

The Executive Suite features six new self-contained rooms including a breakout lounge and coffee area.

The Executive Suite is equipped with the latest meeting technology including 82”, 4K ready, high definition screens in each of the rooms.

EEF Venues Woodland Grange is a residential venue set in 16 acres of grounds,with 114 bedrooms and 28 meeting and events rooms. The largest meeting room will accommodate up to 200 delegates.

EEF Venues Woodland Grange is easily accessible from the M40, M42, M6 and M69 - all within a 20-minute drive.

Plans by Mansfield Town Football Clubs to construct a 100-bedroom hotel at its Nottinghamshire stadium are set for approval by Mansfield District Council.

The hotel will fly the Hampton-by-Hilton hotel flag.

The hotel will be constructed adjacent to the Quarry Lane Stand at the club’s One Call Stadium, which has been the club's home since 1919.

The hotel will include a first-floor restaurant and bar with views across the pitch. It will also include a gym.

Plans are expected to be approved at the council's planning committee meeting scheduled for early July.

If all goes to plan the new hotel could be open by the start of the 2020/21 season.

A new hotel has just opened its doors in the heart of Belfast.

The Flint Hotel is located in Howard Street. It has 55 bedrooms.

The Flint Hotel is operated by two Belfast brothers who also operate serviced apartments in the city as well as the Crescent Townhouse Hotel and Town Square in Botanic Avenue.

The building which now houses The Flint Hotel was a Presbyterian War Memorial building dating from 1923. Many of its original features have been retained.

Each room in The Flint Hotel is equipped with a small kitchen as well as a king-sized bed, a sofa area and a bathroom.

A proposed 220-seater rooftop bar is also due to open at The Flint Hotel at the end of the year - as part of the second phase of the project.

Flint Hotel faces stiff opposition with around half-a-dozen new hotels in the process of opening in Belfast.

The Flint Hotel is close to the new Maldron Hotel and the Grand Central Hotel, parts of which have recently opened.

A new easyHotel and Hampton by Hilton will soon join them, as Belfast expands from 8,000 to 10,000 hotel bedrooms this year.

In addition, the brothers behind The Flint Hotel are embarking on a major investment of the Crescent Townhouse hotel in Botanic Avenue in Belfast, which is to be rebranded as The 1852.

A new 78-bedroom hotel is planned on an adjacent site of the soon-to-be largest film studios in London.

The hotel will be a Travelodge and it will be located in Barking and Dagenham alongside a new film and TV studios and a movie-themed visitor centre.

They will all share a 22 acre-site at Dagenham East.

The Travelodge will include a ground floor restaurant and cafe as well as a Costa drive-through outlet. It is due for completion in 2019.

The new Travelodge will be located within 200 metres of Dagenham East tube station and will offer on-site car parking.

Dunstane Houses in Edinburgh has joined the Pride of Britain collection of independently-owned UK hotels.

Dunstane Houses is a luxury Victorian town house hotel with 35 bedrooms spread between two buildings, including 16 newly refurbished rooms in Dunstane House itself with the balance across the road in Hampton House.

Dunstane Houses features Ba’ Bar, an all-day dining room and lounge.

The newly refurbished Stroma Lounge in Dunstane House is available for boardroom-style meetings and is equipped with flip charts, stationery and wi-fi.

Smaller, more informal meetings can be held in the conservatory space.

Dunstane Houses is located in Edinburgh’s West End a short walk from Edinburgh Haymarket station and a fifteen-minute drive from Edinburgh International Airport.
